Shipping and Delivery Policy

At Al Qafari Group, we strive to deliver your product in the best packaging and as quickly as possible, and we are honored to serve you. Please review our shipping and delivery policies.


  • Delivery time within Riyadh is 3-7 days.
  • Delivery time outside Riyadh is 3-10 days.


  • Delivery time may exceed the stated period if the product is unavailable in the customer's city or due to unforeseen shipping issues.

Delivery may be delayed during official holidays such as Eid al-Adha, Eid al-Fitr, and National Day.


  • If communication with the customer fails or the product is refused for any reason other than an order error, the delivery fee will be deducted from the amount paid at Al Qafari Carpets.


  • If the shipping destination is located in a remote area or far from major cities and is not covered by the contracted shipping company, the free shipping will be cancelled and an additional shipping cost will be added, which will be determined according to the product. The customer will be notified of any additional costs before shipping, and the product will be received from the nearest delivery point of the shipping company.


  • The customer is not entitled to cancel the order after 10 days from the date of order creation, nor is the customer entitled to cancel the order after it has been shipped.

The customer is obligated to receive his order.


  • If the product is unavailable after order completion, Al Qafari Store reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund to the customer via their original payment method. The customer will be notified immediately of the order cancellation and refund within the timeframe stipulated by the financial service provider. The store is not responsible for any delays in refund processing by the bank or payment service provider.
